HUNTSMAN WINTER LEAGUE 

Christ-centered boys and girls competitive league geared to help you get tuned up for basketball season.

  • Games are one hour long and schedule is released at the beginning of the league season.

  • 3rd - 8th grade (or 9th graders not playing school basketball)

  • Skill Development Trainings: Highly discounted for HWL players only

  • Games on Saturday mornings

  • Regular registration deadline: November 30th

  • Late registration: December 1st - January 1st

HUNTSMAN FALL LEAGUE 

  • Christ-centered boys and girls competitive league geared to help you get tuned up for basketball season.   

  • Games are one hour long and schedule is released at the beginning of the league season. No practices just games.  

  • Union Station 613 Hamilton St, Bellefontaine, OH 44311 

  • 3rd-12th grade; boys and girls 

  • Starts 2nd full weekend in September (9/11; 9/12); six weeks long 

  • Saturday game timeframes: 8:00am - 2:00pm 

  • Sunday game timeframes: 12:00pm - 8:00pm  

  • Saturday or Sunday games depending on what team you are on.  

  • Cost: $120 

  • Late registration cost (starting August 17): $130

POST & PERIMETER CAMP 

C

  • The entire focus on this camp will be on building offensive skills, with shooting the basketball being the primary emphasis.  Comprehensive shooting instruction will focus on hand mechanics and footwork.  Tips for developing a quicker shooting release and improving shooting range will be emphasized. 

  • Topics to be covered with Big Men position work will include pre- and post-catch footwork, catching the ball, post moves for scoring on the block, face-up offense, reading and beating double teams, ball screen offense and offensive rebounding. 

  • Guard play instruction will include handling full court defensive pressure, pushing the ball in the fast break, using the dribble to create offense, moving without the ball including the setting and receiving of screens and ball screen offense.  

  • The Perimeter and Post Camp will give players the opportunity to sharpen their fundamentals as well as complete challenging drills that will help take their game to the next level. Players will work on offense, defense, and rebounding skills. In addition this camp will also provide a faith based character building skill session that is geared to build more than just the basketball player.

LITTLE ELITE DAY CAMP 

This Basketball Camp will focus on fundamental skill development in a fun environment. Kids will get an introduction to basketball, in addition, there will be other activities such as kickball, art & crafts and an obstacle course!! This introduction will pique the interest of your lil’ athlete while creating a FUN atmosphere of learning! This is ONE you don't want to miss!!

HUNTSMAN ELITE DEFENSIVE BOOTCAMP 

This intensive 2 day camp will focus on teaching fundamentals of hard nosed man to man defense. Players will learn to love locking down offensive players, be challenged to become physical and aggressive defenders, challenged to box out on every shot that goes up, and learn how to play help side defense.
